These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CueDose website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our policies, including our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
CueDose is an Australian business and currently sells and ships to customers within Australia only.
2. Eligibility & Age
By using our site or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18) and that you will use our site lawfully and comply with all applicable Australian laws.
3. Products, Orders & Pricing

- Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping and will be invoiced separately.

- Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days.

11. Mobile Terms of Service
The CueDose mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by CueDose. By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to CueDose’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring messages (including marketing messages) to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialling system. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile provider for details.
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to CueDose. You may receive a confirmation message. For help, text HELP or email support@cuedose.com.
We may change the phone number or short code used for the Service. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service.
