Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your CueDose purchase. If there’s a problem, we’ll make it right.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@cuedose.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Change of Mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on opened or used products.
If you contact us before your order is dispatched, we may be able to cancel it.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is approved and (if applicable) the item is received back in its original condition.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
