Setting up your CueDose

1. Charge Your CueDose

Use the included USB-C cable to fully charge your CueDose before first use (takes approximately 2 hours).

2. Download the App

Search for “Pill Calendar” in the App Store or Google Play, then download the app to your smartphone (or scan the QR code on your device to go straight to the app).

Note: The “Pill Calendar” app is a third-party app not developed or owned by CueDose. While we’ve tested it extensively with our device, we do not manage or license the app.

If you experience any technical issues with the app itself, please contact the app developers directly via the Google Play store listing or the App Store support page.

3. Open the App & Skip Registration (Recommended)

When opening the Pill Calendar app for the first time, we recommend skipping the sign-up process to avoid potential login issues later on.

  • Tick the checkbox at the bottom of the screen to agree to the user agreement and privacy policy
  • Then tap the blue “Skip Registration” button at the top of the screen

This allows you to access all the core features without needing an account and helps prevent any logouts or password recovery issues.

4. Pair Your CueDose

Follow the in-app steps to connect your CueDose via Bluetooth. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

5. Set Your Reminders

Customise your medication or supplement schedule in the app.

  • Important: To have your reminders go off every day, you must manually select each day (Mon–Sun) during setup.
  • You can also set different reminders for weekends if your routine changes.
  • If you’re taking medication multiple times a day but storing them together in one compartment, we suggest entering each medication into the app separately and adding a photo to help with identification.

6. Fill Your CueDose

Add your supplements or medication to each compartment - match them to the reminder schedule you created.

7. Stay on Track

CueDose will gently remind you when it’s time to take your medication. If your routine changes, you can re-connect the device and update your Pill Calendar app anytime.
